SCRAP
Santa Cruz Recycled Art Program is a creative initiative through the City of Santa Cruz. Artists apply to the program, receive a stipend, and have access to the Dimeo Lane dump for materials. 80% of the materials used to create the works of art are gleaned from the dump.
